Dr. Amir Raza (IR Expert): The important stakeholders in the world are of the view that there must be a ceasefire in Gaza on an immediate basis. The organization like the United Nations, OIC and others must come forward to go for the solution to the issue. The United States is supporting Israel but due to the public pressure is hesitant to openly encourage Israel to commit atrocities. In my opinion, unfortunately Israel will continue its illegal occupation till the US support continues. An important OIC summit is going to be held in Gambia and Pakistan will also participate in this important forum. There is the need of the hour to develop a mutual consensus among the Muslim World and impose pressure on Israel.
