Chinese Ambassador Yao Jing met Advisor to Prime Minister on Finance Miftah Ismail in Islamabad on Tuesday.
They discussed Pak-China economic cooperation in various sectors particularly, finance.
Speaking on the occasion, the Advisor said the government has been concentrating on reforms in different sectors and has resolved the problem of energy shortage which in turn, spurred economic activities in the country.
The Advisor said Chinese companies and investors which will initiate new business ventures in Pakistan will be facilitated.
The Chinese ambassador expressed his pleasure to note Pakistan's economy making strides despite challenges.
He assured about his country's strong resolve to keep up the momentum of bilateral economic partnership.
