Minister of State for Finance Rana Muhammad Afzal says the government has successfully overcome major challenges faced by the country before 2013.

Talking to a private news channel, he said terrorism, energy crisis, law and order situation and economy were big challenges before the government when it assumed power.

He said the country has now been put on track of progress, development and prosperity.
