Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak says China-Pakistan Economic Corridor will usher in a new era of development in the country.

Addressing a public gathering in Nowshera district on Monday, he said eight hundred megawatt electricity projects have been included in this mega project.

The Chief Minister said the circular rail project has also been included in CPEC, which will connect Peshawar with Nowshera, Swabi, Charsadda and Mardan.

Pervez Khattak said three hundred and fifty megawatts hydro-power projects have been completed in the province while seven hundred megawatt other hydro-power projects are being constructed.
