TENDER NOTICE

                        Sealed tenders are invited from reputed and financially sound manufacturers/dealers, registered with Income and Sales Tax Departments and enlisted in Government/ Semi Govt. Organizations for the supply of following Equipment for PBC Mirpur & Muzafarabad on F.O.R. BASIS:

                        Bidders can participate for both items mentioned at serial No. 1 & 2 above or any one item. Bidders must quote prices for 150KW Dummy Load and 4 port motorized switch separately. Tender documents and other details can be obtained from this office as well as from the office of Deputy Controller (Engineering), PBC, Broadcasting House, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, near Civic Centre, Karachi (Telephone No.021-99230467) on any working day during office hours. The tenders along-with 02% of the total quoted cost in shape of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/Demand Draft as earnest money in the name of Controller Procurement Cell), PBC, HQs, Islamabad will be received in this office up to 11:30 a.m on  09-02-2021 and will be opened at 12:00 hours on the same date in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. Bids will not be accepted received after 11:30 a.m. on 09-02-2020. Bidders other than Karachi & Islamabad can purchase Tender Documents through postal/Courier service by paying additional amount of Rs. 500/-. The competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rule. The firms with bad reputation in after sale services causing unnecessary delay in the past projects with PBC will not be entertained under PPRA rules.
