In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian troops in their unabated acts of state terrorism martyred 10 Kashmiris including 2 young boys and a woman in the last month, January.
Out of those killed, four youth were martyred in two fake encounters. Indian troops during house raids arrested 137 civilians and booked under black laws.
The All Parties Hurriyat Conference spokesman in a statement maintained that the Kashmiri people will not surrender before the Indian state terrorism and will continue their ongoing freedom struggle till it reaches its logical conclusion.
Peoples Democratic Party President Mehbooba Mufti talking to reporters in Srinagar said that the so-called anti-encroachment drive launched in Jammu and Kashmir is a new weapon for the BJP’s Hindutva government to persecute the Kashmiri people and uproot them from their homes.
Meanwhile, forceful protest demonstrations were held in different areas of the occupied territory against the anti-people policies including the eviction of Kashmiris from their lands and properties. Hundreds of people carrying placards rallied in Magam area of Badgam and demanded an immediate rollback of the brutal order.
An illegally detained youth identified as Faizan Yasin Dar has died in custody of Indian police in Shopian district.
