The Salam Project for Cultural Communication is equipping young Saudi men and women with the knowledge, practical skills and leadership capabilities needed to represent the Kingdom effectively on the global stage.

Speaking to Al Ekhbariya TV, Chief Executive Officer of the Salam Project for Cultural Communication, Dr. Abrar Abdulmanan Bar, said the Global Leadership in Communication Program is a unique initiative that focuses on cultural communication and enhancing the international perception of Saudi Arabia rather than serving as a conventional leadership training course.

She said the program is designed as a comprehensive learning journey that combines knowledge with practical application, enabling participants to develop a deep understanding of Saudi Arabia, its national achievements, values, cultural identity and humanitarian contributions before equipping them with the practical tools required to represent the Kingdom professionally at international platforms.

She added that the initiative equips participants with the knowledge, confidence and communication skills required to become effective representatives of Saudi Arabia and reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to intercultural dialogue and global engagement in line with Vision 2030.
