Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has directed the concerned authorities to use recycled plastic drain covers along roadsides and imposed a ban on placing concrete flower pots on roadsides.

She was presiding over a special meeting in Lahore today [Tuesday].

She also directed that the names of cities be prominently displayed on green, grassy plots at the entry points of every city to enhance their aesthetic appeal.
