Pakistan have qualified for the final of the Asian Games cricket competition, beating Bangladesh by six wickets in the first semi-final in Japan.

Batting first, Bangladesh scored 111 runs for the loss of seven wickets in the allotted thirteen overs.

Pakistan chased down the target in 11.3 overs for the loss of four wickets.

The match was reduced to thirteen overs per side due to a rain.
