Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhary has said that technology is available and it must be used to ensure transparency in the Senate elections.

Addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Tuesday, he said there should be such elections that nobody could raise fingers on its credibility and fairness. He said there is need to implement the Supreme Court's opinion in the presidential reference. He said we are ready to extend every possible cooperation to the election commission in this regard.

The Minister for Science and Technology said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has consistently been insisting on the open ballot in Senate polls since 2013. He said we will continue this struggle in the parliament house after the Senate elections.

Fawad Chaudhary said PTI's candidates from the federal capital Hafeez Shaikh and Fozia Arshad will safely win the Senate elections.

Responding to a question, the Minister for Science and Technology said the PTI has given Senate tickets to the party workers.
