Minister for Industries and Production Rana Tanveer Hussain has said the stability in sugar prices will be maintained.

Chairing a meeting of sugar advisory board in Islamabad, he said the federal government will work with the provinces to ensure that sugar prices remain reasonable.

 He said all necessary steps will be taken to eliminate the artificial shortage of sugar.
