A meeting of the sub-committee of States and Frontier Regions was held with Senator Hidayat Ullah Khan in the chair in Peshawar on Wednesday.

The meeting reviewed the progress on development projects including construction of roads, provision of gas, clean drinking water, electrification and solarization in merged tribal districts.

Speaking on the occasion, Senator Hidayat Ullah Khan stressed the need for ensuring transparency in the development projects.

He asked the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government for implementation of the latest technology in the bidding and tendering process.
