President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have commended the security forces for killing seventeen Indian-sponsored terrorists in two intelligence-based operations in Kachhi and Kharan districts of Balochistan.

In their separate messages, they paid tribute to Sepoy Hikmat Ullah, who embraced Shahadat in Kharan district during the operation against terrorists.

Both leaders prayed for higher ranks for the deceased and expressed their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.

The President said operations under the vision of Azm-e-Istehkam will continue until terrorism sponsored and supported by foreign elements is completely eliminated from the country.

The Prime Minister said security forces are achieving significant successes in the fight against terrorism and expressed commitment to eliminating all forms and manifestations of terrorism from the country.
