Pakistan has reaffirmed its commitment to advancing women’s leadership and meaningful participation in peace and security.

The resolve was expressed by Deputy Permanent Representative of Pakistan to the UN Usman Jadoon while speaking at the United Nations High-Level Forum on the Programme of Action on a Culture of Peace.

He stressed the importance of sustained investment in women’s leadership as a cornerstone of lasting peace.
