The security forces have killed twelve Indian-sponsored terrorists during an intelligence-based operation in Kalat district of Balochistan.

According to ISPR, the security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Kalat District of Balochistan on reported presence of terrorists belonging to Indian proxy, Fitna al-Hindustan.

During the conduct of operation, terrorists hideout was identified, monitored and busted through prompt surgical action by own forces, killing all twelve Indian-sponsored terrorists.

Cache of ammunitions and improvised explosive devices were also destroyed on-site.

Sanitization operations are being conducted to eliminate any other Indian-sponsored terrorist found in the area.

Relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision "Azm e Istehkam", as approved by Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan, by security forces and law enforcement agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out menace of foreign-sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.

President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have commended security forces for their successful operation against Fitna al-Hindustan terrorists in Kalat district.

In a statement, the President said the menace of terrorism will be defeated at all costs. He said the continued operations by the security forces and law enforcement agencies to completely eliminate foreign backed terrorism are commendable.

In his statement, the Prime Minister said security forces are carrying out effective operations against terrorists seeking to undermine peace in our homeland.

He said the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with the Armed Forces in their unwavering commitment to protecting the homeland. He said will continue the fight against terrorism until this menace is completely eliminated from the country.
