Funeral prayers for two Pakistani civilians martyred in unprovoked firing by Indian forces along the Pakistan-India border have been offered in Kasur.

A large number of citizens attended the funeral prayers.

Both martyrs, Azmat Rasool and Mohsin Jatt, were laid to rest in their ancestral village, Jattan Wali Haveli, Lidhar.

The families of two unarmed civilians martyred in unprovoked Indian firing remain undaunted and expressed high morale.

They said if cowardly Indian forces have any courage, they should face the resilient Pakistani nation directly instead of targeting unarmed civilians along the border.

Residents of border areas also condemned the Indian forces' heinous act, terming it shameful.
