The Met Office has forecast dry weather in most parts of the country, while cloudy in northern areas with cold conditions during the next twelve hours.

However, isolated light rain and light snow over hills may occur in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Temperature of major cities recorded this morning:

Islamabad and Muzafarabad eleven degree centigrade, Lahore nineteen, Karachi twenty-two, Peshawar fifteen, Quetta ten, Gilgit six and Murree eight degree centigrade.

According to weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy and cold weather is expected in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramula, while dry in Jammu.

Srinagar, Pulwama and Shopian eight degree centigrade, Jammu seventeen, Leh minus-four and Anantnag and Baramula nine  degree centigrade.
