The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) has expressed concern over the situation in Afghanistan.

CSTO Secretary-General Taalatbek Masadykov said that instability and the activities of international terrorist organizations are continuously increasing in Afghanistan.

According to the Afghan media outlet Afghanistan International, CSTO Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Andrey Serdyukov has also warned about the presence of global terrorist groups in Afghanistan.

Andrey Serdyukov said the presence of terrorist groups is increasing terrorism in neighbouring countries.
