Deputy Prime Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar chaired a meeting of the Committee constituted by the Prime Minister to review the report on Recruitment Rules and Recruitment Policy of the Federal Government in Islamabad today.

Addressing the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister stressed the need for a transparent, streamlined and technology-driven recruitment framework, aligned with the Prime Minister's vision of digital governance, merit-based recruitment and institutional reform.

The Committee reviewed measures to modernize and digitalize recruitment across the Federal Government, with a focus on greater transparency, improved efficiency, faster processing of vacancies, and reducing reliance on manual processes and interventions.
