In Indonesia, at least fourteen people were killed while 1300 others displaced due to eruption of Mount Semeru volcano in East Java province.

Hundreds of houses have been totally destroyed and 33 schools damaged by the volcano eruption.

Meanwhile, massive rescue and relief operation is underway to evacuate the victims.
