May 07, 2025

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has vowed that every drop of blood of our martyrs in latest Indian aggression will be accounted for.

In a televised address to the nation tonight, he said India has to bear the brunt of the mistake it made last night.

The Prime Minister said the whole world witnessed last night that it took Pakistan just a few hours to push back, a numerically superior enemy.

He said the Air Force falconers forced the Indian fighter jets into retreat, and the Indian jets which once were a pride for India have now become a symbol of eternal disgrace for them.

Shehbaz Sharif said the spirit of Pakistan's hero of 1965, M. M Alam echoed across the region with full throttle last night as the PAF falconers drove back Indian Rafaels.

He said even time cannot heal the wounds our brave falconers have inflicted on the enemy.

He said India forgot that Pakistan is a brave nation with resolute determination and resolve whose sons can fight till the last drop of their blood for the defence of their motherland.

The Prime Minister reiterated that the entire nation stands united and resolute alongside its armed forces against the enemy.

Paying tribute to armed forces, the Army Chief, Chairman Joint Chiefs of staff Committee, the Chief of Air Staff, he said the whole nation is proud of its armed forces.

The Prime Minister said Indian aggression against Pakistan under the pretext of Pahalgam incident is totally unjustified and unwarranted.

He said Pakistan being a peaceful country, called for independent and transparent international probe into the incident. He said Pakistan's call for probe was even supported by many other countries, but India resorted to aggression in blatant violation of the international law.

Shehbaz Sharif reiterated that Jammu and Kashmir was, is and will remain a dispute till the Kashmiri people get their right to self-determination as per the UN Security Council resolutions.

He said India may take hundreds of unilateral actions but they cannot change the reality.

He said Pakistan is a country that suffered the most due to terrorism. He said it is India's misconception that its aggression can divert Pakistan's attention from war on terror.

He said we will continue the war against terrorism till the complete extirpation of this menace.

Shehbaz Sharif re-vowed that Pakistani nation stands united and determined alongside its armed forces to defeat the enemy.
