
The process of depositing the second installment of Hajj dues under the Government Hajj Scheme is underway across the country.
According to the spokesperson for the Ministry of Religious Affairs, 32,178 intending pilgrims under the Government scheme have successfully paid their second installment so far.
The spokesperson said the 20th of this month is the last date for submission of the second installment under the Government Hajj Scheme.
He said 103,000 pilgrims under the Government Hajj Scheme have uploaded their medical fitness certificates to the portal.
He further said the remaining pilgrims are advised to get their medical fitness forms verified by an authorized doctor and upload them at the earliest.
Meanwhile, bookings under the Private Hajj Scheme are continuing through the Pak Hajj App.
So far, 33,171 pilgrims have deposited their dues under the Private Hajj Scheme, while 38,500 seats remain available.
The spokesperson urged pilgrims under the Private Hajj Scheme to use only the official Pak Hajj App or the Hajj Portal for bookings and financial transactions.
