Mainly hot and dry weather is likely to prevail in most plain areas of the country during the next twelve hours.

However, rain with wind and thunderstorm is expected in Potohar region, upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhuwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir. Dust-raising wind-thunderstorm light rain is also expected in upper Sindh in afternoon.

Islamabad twenty degree centigrade, Lahore twenty-four, Karachi twenty-nine, Peshawar twenty-three, Quetta fourteen, Gilgit and Murree thirteen and Muzaffarabad seventeen degree centigrade.    

According to Met Office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with chances of rain wind and thunderstorm is expected in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramulla and Jammu.
