Dr. Abdullah Gul (Defence Analyst):Pakistan Armed Forces are fully cognizant of state-sponsored attempts by hostile intelligence agencies to destabilize Pakistan. Our brave forces are highly committed to wipe out menace of terrorism. Pakistan exercised maximum restraint against Afghan sponsored terrorism. Pakistan extended all-out possible support to Afghans against foreign aggressions. However, instead of being grateful to Pakistan, Afghans have turned hostile towards Pakistan and siding with hostile countries towards Pakistan. Now, Afghans have turned their faces towards India; they are getting money, technology and other kind of assistance from India and carrying out terrorist attacks on Pakistan. According to international news agency, India bore loss of $84 billion in first day war with Pakistan last year. Therefore, India opted to used Afghans against Pakistan. Since then, number of terrorist attacks facilitated by Afghanistan has increased significantly. It is also obvious from the increased terrorist attacks in Balochistan during last few days. Therefore, I think that now Pakistan needs to say enough is enough to the world. So, Pakistan will have to make hard decisions to check terrorism from Afghanistan. Pakistan, factually, in in a state of war imposed by India and Israel. Even today, the US has also said that India is involved in global terrorism. Therefore, the world needs to issue a strong warning to India for exporting, financing and sponsoring terrorism to Pakistan and other countries of the world.
