Cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country while very cold in Upper areas and North Balochistan during the next twelve hours. 

Dense fog is expected in plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh. 

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning: 

Islamabad three degree centigrade, Lahore eight, Karachi nine, Peshawar six, Quetta minus seven, Gilgit minus three , Murree zero and Muzaffarabad two degree centigrade. 

According to Met Office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy with very cold and dry weather is expected in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag and Shopian while cold and dry weather expected in Baramulla and Jammu.

Temperature recorded this morning, Srinagar, Baramulla and Pulwama minus one degree centigrade, Jammu ten, Leh minus nine, Anantnag minus two and Shopian zero degree  centigrade.
