A meeting of the Provincial Apex Committee on the National Action Plan is underway in Quetta with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in the chair.

Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Governor Balochistan Jaffar Khan Mandokhail, Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti, and heads of law enforcement agencies are attending the meeting.

Federal Ministers Ahad Cheema and Attaullah Tarar as well as Prime Minister's Adviser Rana Sanaullah are also participating in the meeting.
