Mainly dry weather and cold wave condition is expected in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours.

However, light rain-thunderstorm with light snowfall over the hills is likely at isolated places in Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir and adjoining hilly areas.

Frost is likely to occur in plain areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and upper Punjab during morning hours while in south Punjab and upper Sindh during morning and night.

According to weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with chances of isolated rain and snow over hills is expected in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramula, while, partly cloudy weather with chances of rain and snow in Leh, and cold and dry weather in Jammu.
