Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has expressed satisfaction over sending of record four point three billion dollar remittances by overseas Pakistanis during the month of May this year.

In a statement, he said sending of twenty point two percent more remittances on monthly basis during the May this year and fifteen point four percent additional remittances on annual basis by the overseas Pakistanis is commendable.

The Prime Minister said the trust and positive contribution by the overseas Pakistanis to the country's economy is our national asset.
