Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar has reaffirmed the government's commitment to a coordinated, whole-of-government approach to promoting exports.

He expressed this commitment while chairing an inter-ministerial meeting in Islamabad today to advance Pakistan's trade and export promotion agenda.

The Deputy Prime Minister also expressed resolve to strengthen economic ties with sustained engagement with international partners.

He emphasized strengthening trade facilitation, enhancing the quality and competitiveness of Pakistani products, expanding market access and diversifying exports, including through greater utilization of GSP+ opportunities in the European Union.

During the meeting, federal ministries and provinces were directed to maintain momentum on key measures to support exports and enhance Pakistan's trade potential.
