In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, All Parties Hurriyat Conference says India’s refusal to address the Kashmir dispute has jeopardized the political and legal rights of the Kashmiri people and peace of the entire region.

In a statement today, APHC Spokesperson said Jammu and Kashmir is an internationally recognized disputed territory and its fate is to be determined by the Kashmiri people through a plebiscite.                                           

Refuting Indian government's claims of political peace initiatives in the territory, the APHC spokesman said these are mere political theatrics that cannot alter historical facts or Kashmir’s disputed status.
