Britain, Australia and Canada have launched a joint peace fund to complement efforts for a two-state solution to the Israel-Palestine conflict.

The announcement was made by British Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper alongside her Australian and Canadian counterparts in London today.

Under the initiative, each country will contribute 1.34 million dollars to new and existing grassroots projects.
