The funeral prayer of the officers and soldiers martyred in the Pakistan Army's Mi-17 Helicopter crash were offered in Muzaffarabad today.  

Acting President and Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, Corps Commander Rawalpindi, high level civil and military officials and a large number of citizens attended the Nimaz-e-Janaza.

On this occasion, a smartly turned-out contingent of the Pakistan Army offered a salute to the martyrs.

The participants paid glowing tribute to the great sacrifices of the martyrs and also offered special prayers for the elevation of their ranks.

Later, the bodies of the martyrs were sent to their native areas where they will be buried with full military honors.
