Minister for Power Sardar Awais Ahmad Leghari has stressed the need for establishing a robust energy ecosystem to meet the country's growing needs.

He was virtually addressing a conference relating to the energy sector in Lahore today.

The Minister said ensuring adequate energy supply is essential for economic growth and industrial development.

He said long-term strategies are being pursued to strengthen the country's energy infrastructure.

Sardar Awais Ahmad Leghari said the government remains fully committed to developing an effective policy and regulatory framework that encourages innovation, investment, and collaboration in the energy sector.
