Cold and dry weather is likely to prevail over most parts of the country while very cold in Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and north Balochistan.

Dense fog is likely to prevail in plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh during the next twelve hours.

Islamabad two degree centigrade, Lahore six, Karachi eight, Peshawar four, Quetta minus six, Gilgit minus four, Murree zero and Muzaffarabad three degree centigrade. 

According to Met Office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, very cold and dry weather is likely to prevail in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramulla and Leh, while cold and dry weather in Jammu. 

Temperature recorded this morning, Srinagar and Anantnag minus three degree centigrade, Jammu seven, Leh minus eleven, Pulwama and Baramulla minus four and Shopian minus one degree centigrade.
