A three-day 14th Karachi Literature Festival organised by Oxford University Press will be held from 17th of this month at a local hotel in Karachi.

Managing Director OUP Arshad Saeed Husain said this year’s theme for the event is ‘People, Planet and Possibilities’.

There will be sixty sessions of six languages in the festival including Urdu, English, Pashto, Sindhi, Punjabi and Balochi.

Book launches,  panel discussions, dramatic readings, a mushaira, an English poetry recital, film screenings and an art exhibition are also part of the festival.
