In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian troops, in their latest act of state terrorism, martyred two more Kashmiri youth in Kishtwar district today.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the youth were martyred during a continued cordon-and-search operation in the Chattru forest area of the district.

Meanwhile, the Indian occupation authorities have intensified restrictions and search and cordon operations, in the name of security, ahead of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to District in Jammu and Kashmir, on 19th of this month. 

Security has also been tightened along the Srinagar-Jammu highway, causing severe inconvenience to civilians. Additional personnel from the Indian Army, Centre Reserve Police Force and police have been deployed at key locations.

Numerous new checkpoints have been set up, with Indian troops conducting thorough searches of vehicles and passengers. Sniffer dogs and state-of-the-art surveillance technology are being employed to track movement, leading to significant inconvenience for the local population.
