In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism, martyred one more Kashmiri youth and injured many civilians in Kulgam district.

The killing and injuries took place during a cordon and search operation in Pariwan area of the district launched by Indian occupation forces.

Meanwhile, an Indian Special Operation Group personnel was killed and three Indian troops injured during the operation.

Meanwhile, Indian troops and paramilitary personnel have launched kill and destroy’ operations in South Kashmir’s Kulgam, Shopian, Islamabad and Pulwama districts.

Hundreds of people took out a protest demonstration against the demolition of several houses of Gujjar-Bakarwal Muslims in Roopnagar and Plutta areas on the outskirts of Jammu city.

Restrictions have been intensified in Srinagar and other parts of the Kashmir valley in the name of security ahead of January 26, which India observes as its Republic Day.

On the other hand, All Parties Hurriyat Conference spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said that shielded by draconian laws, Indian occupation forces have taken a full control of civil and judicial institutions in the territory whereby people are arrested, tortured and killed with impunity.

Meanwhile, Global watchdog, Human Rights Watch in its Annual Report has shed light on India’s poor human rights record in the occupied territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
