The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Development Working Party in its meeting held in Muzaffarabad on Monday approved eight projects costing over 4.5 billion rupees.

Additional Secretary Development Dr Sajid Mehmood Chohan presided over the meeting.

These projects include rehabilitation, construction of 26 km long link roads and a bridge, building for AJK Supreme Court Mirpur registry, provision of basic facilities at Supreme Court Rest House Mirpur, establishment of AJK Archaeology wing, and computerization of Accountant General Office.

Addressing the meeting in Dr Sajid Mehmood Chohan directed secretaries and heads of the departments concerned to monitor the projects regularly so as to accomplish these in the stipulated time period.
