A two day spring festival was held in Lipa Valley of Azad Kashmir. 

Apart from the local people, a large number of tourists from across the country participated in the festival.

On the occasion, medals, honorary shields, certificates of appreciation and cash prizes were given to the athletes who performed outstandingly in various sports.
