In Karachi, twenty-four people have so far been died in rain related incidents during the last eight days.

According to police, fifteen people died due to electrocution and nine in other rain related incidents.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, one person has died while fourteen injured due to roofs collapses and heavy rains in Takht-e-Nusrati tehsil of district Karak.

According to details, the Rescue 1122 teams are engaged in relief activities in the area.

The rescue teams have shifted the injured to the hospital for medical treatment.

Meanwhile, Relief and rehabilitation activities are underway in rain affected areas of Balochistan.

On the directive of Chief Minister Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo MI-17 Helicopter is being used for relief operations in flood affected areas.
