In connection with the celebrations of Eid Milad-un-Nabi, Sallallaho Allaih Wa-alihi Wasallam, Khatam un Nabiyyeen, an Annual National Naat competition is currently in progress at the National Broadcasting House in Islamabad.

The competition is being jointly organized by Radio Pakistan and the PTV. 

Top position holders of the provincial level Naat competitions are participating in the competition.

Minister for Religious Affairs Noorul Haq Qadri, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib and Secretary information Shahera Shahid are also attending the event.
