Turkey has started negotiations with Russia to obtain a second consignment of the S400 defence systems amid a standoff with the United States.

Talking to media persons in Ankara, Turkish Defence Minister Hulusi Akar said we want the solution of problems through dialogue.

The US had said that the S-400s pose a threat to its F-35 fighter jets and to NATO’s broader defence systems.
