At least three police personnel, including a DSP, were martyred in a terrorist attack on Sarband Police station in Peshawar.

According to details, DSP Sardar Hussain was going to the police station, when terrorists targeted them.

The funeral prayers of the martyred police personnel were offered at Police Lines Peshawar on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Sarband police station in Peshawar.

In a statement, Rana Sanaullah paid tributes to the sacrifices of police personnel.

Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zaradari and former President Asif Ali Zardari have also strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Sarband police station Peshawar.

Both the Foreign Minister and the former President expressed sympathies with the bereaved families of the martyred police personnel and prayed for high ranks of the departed souls in Jannah.
