In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), President of Peoples Democratic Party Mehbooba Mufti, has said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is deliberately fueling communal tensions to divert attention from pressing public issues.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Mehbooba Mufti talking to reporters in Srinagar said the BJP thrives on polarizing society and targeting Muslims to further its political agenda.

She warned that the BJP’s divisive politics is pushing it towards instability.
