In Congo, 141 people have been killed and dozens injured in widespread floods and landslides caused by heavy rains in the capital Kinshasa.

In a TV address, Congo's Prime Minister Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde said over thirty-eight thousand households have been flooded and about two hundred and eighty houses collapsed.
