Talking to the national hockey team’s players in Lahore, she assured full support for the betterment of hockey.

She praised the hockey players for reviving the national game.

She directed the Provincial Minister for Sports Faisal Ayub to maintain contact with the players for the promotion of hockey in the province.

She emphasized the need for collective efforts to promote sports at the grassroots level.

Maryam Nawaz expressed hope that the national team will shine brighter in the future.
