We need to create digital hubs for interaction between the local and international IT experts and entrepreneurs to promote coordination. Panda Bond may offer liquidity for our economic sector from vast Chinese capital market. Previously, Pakistan remained focused on Gulf and Western capital markets. Panda Bond will be free from international dollar based financial system because it is launched in Chinese currency which has huge potential for the future.

It will also put our economy to right direction. Our rural areas lack access to digital equipment therefore the government needs to allocate funds to develop our rural areas digitally. In the wake of regional situation, we need to develop regional framework with China and other countries.
