Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has directed for the release of wheat from government stocks to flour mills from the first of next month.

Chairing a meeting in Karachi, he said the provincial government is committed to ensuring the provision of flour to the people at an affordable price.

He also directed officials to eliminate artificial shortages of flour through strict action against hoarders.

He also directed the Food Department and district administrations to intensify operations against hoarders.
