Fog is likely to prevail in plain areas of Punjab, while cold and dry weather is expected elsewhere in the country during the next twelve hours.   

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning: 

Islamabad seven degree centigrade, Lahore eleven, Karachi eighteen, Peshawar ten, Quetta one, Gilgit two, Murree three and Muzaffarabad eight degree centigrade. 

According to Met Office forecast in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, very cold and dry weather is expected in Leh, Anantnag, Shopian, Pulwama, Baramulla and Srinagar while cold and dry weather in Jammu.            

Temperature recorded this morning: Srinagar, Anantnag and Baramulla minus one degree centigrade,  Pulwama minus two, Shopian zero, Leh minus ten and Jammu ten degree centigrade.
