No room for 'perverted groups' to impose their values: COAS

Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir says Armed Forces of Pakistan are fighting like comrades and in unison to stamp out menace of terrorism from the country.

Talking to students in Rawalpindi, he said as well as, the nation and the youth are standing behind Pakistan Army and we have the spirit of fighting and we will continue to fight against enemy.

The Army Chief said we always fight as Pakistani and we love our country. He said interaction with future generation is always encouraging and we believe future of the nation is in safe hands.

The Army Chief said Khwarij terrorists have no link with religion and they are creating chaos in the country. He said Allah Almighty has clearly mentioned in holy Quran that these elements must be eliminated except those who seek mercy and repent and surrender to the state.

He said this is the spirit and ideology that Pakistan Army is fighting against Khwarij terrorists.

The Chief of Army Staff highlighted that Islam gives respect to women, and reaffirmed that the nation will not allow to diminish that respect.

General Syed Asim Munir expressed the resolve that Pakistan Army will not permit perverted groups like Fitna-al-Khawarij to impose their values on the country.
